Come and join this wellness workshop to take a deep dive into attunement and responding to your own self-care needs. Participants will receive hands-on tools that promote regulation.

This workshop is presented by Ginger Meyer and Abi Cowser-Barnett with the Children’s Medical and Mental Health Resource Network, a program at the SIU School of Medicine.
