Partnership For Resilience is partnering with ISBE to support recovery from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.  As a result of Community Partnership Grant funding, Partnership for Resilience is able offer the below programming to partnering school districts and communities across the state of Illinois:

Training, Workshops, and Community Resources

ACEs Training

Parent, educator, and community training on Adverse Childhood Experiences & Toxic Stress and its impact on the neurological, physiological, and social development of children.  Participants of this training learn ways to mitigate the impacts of toxic stress and build resilience in children.

Community Workshops

Learn and share events that engage the community by sharing information on varied topics of interest and importance to parents, children, and their communities.

Social Services Connections

Access to an on-line directory where users can easily search for free or low-cost social services in their area (or anywhere in the U.S.).

Direct Youth Engagement

In recognition that youth voice and experiences are essential to our work, we strive to provide strategic programming that supports student engagement via Social-Emotional Learning skills.  We do this through the direct partnership with school districts via a career exploration program for 7th & 8th graders and a social emotional learning and life skills program at the high-school level.
